One of the important things about this workshop was EXPOSURE!! Manual and Kelvin shooting for the best colors we can get photographing in low light and NO FLASH and NO PHOTOSHOP right out of camera!!
Again a big thank you for flying me up to teach what I love to do photography...
The first and last photo tell the whole story of the "Goodtimes" we had the whole day...
Major goodtimes
BEAUUUUTIFUL!!! I love the colors and the skin tones are perfect!!! You never stop surprising me with your stunning work!
:)
Ray you were awesome!!! It was an honor to have you out for the workshop. We got to due a 2.0 class some down the road.
(05.28.10 @ 04:17 PM)flawless work...checked out some of the other photographer's work from the workshop and they all look great as well. What a fun looking group!
(05.28.10 @ 07:29 PM)Gorgeous images Ray, as always :) It looks like a beautiful location, and the models and dresses are beautiful too. I especially love the B&W shot of the couple descending the staircase. Can you share details (camera settings) on this image? Sounds and looks like another terrific workshop.
(05.28.10 @ 09:51 PM)Thanks for journeying to Kansas, Ray! It was such a treat to learn from and shoot with you. I love the B&W shot. I just captured some great shots from a wedding this weekend that I probably wouldn't have had I not picked up some tips from you... Thanks!
(05.31.10 @ 07:41 PM)It all started back at Rilion Gracie Academy my Jiu-Jitsu school where I have been studying for over a year.
When I heard from Chris Gracie, Rilion's wife that Rilion's Nephew Roger Gracie was competing @ STRIKEFORCE I was totally stoked to go.
Rilion Gracie and I went together to meet up with Renzo Gracie, Roger Gracie, Rolles Gracie, Igor Gracie, and friends. What a blast we had...
Also one of my best buddies Mike Colón and I photographed the event for Gracie Magazine. Here are some shots of the night... Goodtimes
Nice work Uncle Ray! It is cool to see Jacare in the dressing room with Roger, after all the EPIC battles they have had! I kept looking for you on TV, and I thought I saw you once :)
(05.18.10 @ 12:15 PM)Ohh! Wow! That's what my husband watches on TV, that's crazy. By the way, GRRRREAT PICTURES as always!!!
(05.18.10 @ 01:59 PM)Great stuff Ray- It must have been tough to pick the images to share! The first images of the guy in full guard throwing punches is crazy!
(05.18.10 @ 02:43 PM)For many years now, Mike Colón and I have been photographing fashion week in NYC for Grace Ormonde Wedding Style!!
All I can say is, every time we meet up in NYC with Grace and her girls it's a Blast!!
The first photo is from the dressing room of a very dear and close friend of mine Ines Di Santo. Her dresses are all class!!
Here are just some photo's from the super busy week in NYC shooting for Grace Ormonde...
So so blessed to know them all.
Goodtimes
Fabulosity defined. Total and absolute perfection. Once again I'm so jealous - in a good way of course :)
(05.10.10 @ 07:02 PM)Love all of these images, and the dresses are stunning.
